1. Who we are

Quicky Solutions LLC (“Quicky Solutions,” “we,” “us” or “our”) builds and supports business software and websites. This policy applies to quickysolutions.com, our inquiry and booking experiences, and the commercial relationship around products purchased from us. A client system may have its own privacy notice when that client determines how information in the system is used. Yacht OS is a separate yacht operations product and may publish an additional product-specific notice at yachtos.net as its hosted services become available.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways:

• Information you provide. Your name, email address or phone number, business name, inquiry details, booking details, support messages and other information you choose to send us.
• Purchase and account information. Product, order, subscription, billing status and transaction records supplied by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
• Basic technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser, device, request and error information needed to deliver and protect the site.

3. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested support.
• Set up, deliver, bill for and maintain purchased products.
• Send service, transaction and account communications.
• Secure, troubleshoot and improve our site and products.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention duties.

We do not sell personal information. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this website.

4. Providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to operate our business, complete a transaction, follow your instructions or comply with law. Providers can include Vercel for hosting, Resend for inquiry email delivery, Cal.com if online booking is enabled, and PayPro Global as our merchant of record for checkout, tax, payment, subscription and customer-portal services. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

We may also disclose information in connection with a business transfer, to professional advisers under confidentiality duties, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and the integrity of our services.

5. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Inquiry and support records are retained while we have a business need to respond or maintain the relationship. Purchase, contract, tax and accounting records may be retained for the period required by law. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to backups and legal obligations.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, which may have different data-protection laws from your country.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we control, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Some records must be retained for legal or transaction purposes. To make a request, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity.

8. Children

Our site and products are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the product or by email when appropriate.
